Membership TERMS

Membership to Concierge On Call (2004) is for the period of one year at a rate of $200.00 per year or $20.00 per month. Payment may be made as a one time annual fee or set-up as a monthly automatic withdrawal. Group and corporate memberships are available under separate terms.

Concierge On Call (2004) Ltd. shall have the right to bill my credit card as listed below for the fees, services and products ordered by me under the terms of this contract. This information is strictly confidential and will be used at my request only.

For certain service requests, and only with my pre-authorization, Concierge On Call may require a credit check and will ask the member to sign the following statement.

In order to process my order, I authorize Concierge On Call (2004) Ltd. to verify the personal information I provide to Concierge On Call (2004) Ltd. I understand and agree that in order to verify my personal information, Concierge On Call (2004) Ltd. may disclose it to third parties and that such third parties may provide verification of such personal information to Concierge On Call (2004) Ltd. from information they have previously collected about me.
