We pay suppliers on your behalf from OUR account and then bill you directly. In this manner we are able to ensure that your credit card information remains securely with us and is never shared with anyone, regardless of how many various suppliers you may use.

We collect personal and contact information to help us determine the best way to meet your service needs, and to enhance your overall concierge experience. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

We have industry standard security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is also restricted in our offices.
